TruePill is a B2B Pharmacy-as-a-Service that enables digital health businesses to ship medications nationwide. Founded in San Francisco in the United States, we are now expanding to the United Kingdom where we have chosen Manchester to be our engineering base. We provide pharmacy fulfilment through an easy to use API integrated with our fulfilment center in Manchester. Our customers will include digital health, direct-to-consumer tele-health, and hardware companies that need medications sent to their patients.

Engineering Team and Process
Our philosophy is that anyone can work on any part of our technology stack. Additionally we believe strongly is choosing the right stack/technology/tool for the job.Our engineering processes are very lightweight. We do a daily stand-up to get everyone on the same page as far as what everyone is working on and what they might be blocked on. We do a weekly or bi-weekly sprint planning meeting where we talk about the following week or months sprints and projects that need to be tackled.

You will be joining our initial recruits of full stack engineers and have a chance to build the first pharmacy fulfilment service of its kind in the industry. By joining as an early member of the engineering team you will have access to many growth opportunities including being a team lead, product involvement and decision making, and overall engineering culture of our company.
We are looking for engineers that love learning new technologies and more importantly are not afraid of learning a new technology and putting into production for the first time.
You will have access to a large breadth of projects ranging from front end, back end, full stack, automation/robotics, IOT/hardware.
